In The DESERT Ballet we will take our bodies to the desert and work HARD. We will hold stretches for longer, we will sweat, and we will stretch to our limits and really put our bodies to the test, just like ballerinas do.

This a visually and audibly stimulating program, designed using real ballet inspired stretching techniques to help shape leaner and longer looking muscles as you work to achieve your flexibility goals.

This program includes a seamless guided stretching experience, intense stretching variations, journaling exercises, Positive Cognitive Reprogramming, Binaural Beats and more.

The FLEXOUT Mind+Body Program: Desert Ballet will help to facilitate a positive relationship with yourself using healing sounds and intentional mental preparation, paired with dynamic stretching.
